Art is my escape, it's my teacher, my heart, my friend, and my journey.

Color In Happy is my process. Inspired by people, actions, emotions, dreams and music. My art is my therapy. It is my passion. My art is my heart, exposed for all to see. I have also always enjoyed taking photos! I find that art is everywhere and in everything! 

I started painting while living in Austin Texas about 6 years ago. Though art used to be a class that I liked taking in school, and a hobby I enjoyed through the years, art now, for me, is my remedy. When I paint, I'm exercising my sadness, my hurt, dreams, love, fears, and some of my favorite songs! Painting has brought me peace where there was pain, and answers to questions I didn't know I needed to ask. 

Art can save us! Art can bring us joy! Art can change us! Art can push us! Art challenges us! Art can remind us! Art can take us on a journey! Art can bring us together! Art can set us free! Art is healing! Art is everywhere!
